BÖWE BELL + HOWELL offers several options of Product Reconditioning Services (PRS) to increase productivity with your existing equipment, as well as cost-efficient options for upgrading mailroom operations through the purchase of additional reconditioned equipment. All reconditioned equipment is serviced at the facility in Bethlehem, PA.

Certified Rebuilt Equipment 

Instead of discarding equipment or maintaining sub-par performance levels, BÖWE BELL + HOWELL can provide you with Certified Rebuilt Equipment. This option entails our specially-trained technicians completing a full product disassembly, followed by an extensive rebuilding process of all major assemblies and components. Our technicians replace all broken components and wear items. Any applicable enhancements are incorporated into the rebuild process. Additional upgrades or unique configurations are available and may include new components. Paint colors will match and the equipment will look 'like new' in appearance. Customer applications, if provided, will be certified to agreed-upon performance specifications. The end result is a warranty-backed piece of equipment with the highest quality and restored capabilities for maximized performance.

Refurbished Equipment

This option involves an extensive preventative maintenance service, including a thorough cleaning of the equipment. Our technicians replace all broken components and wear items with less than 50% expected life. Upgrades are available at an additional cost. Paint colors may not match with this option, but the equipment will be cosmetically clean in appearance. Customer applications, if provided, will be certified to agreed-upon performance specifications. The Refurbished Equipment warranty is half of the duration of the Certified Rebuilt Equipment warranty. 

As-is Equipment

This option provides equipment to a customer without any type of rebuilding, updating or cleaning prior to delivery. The equipment has no warranty or performance guarantees.

Engineering Services

Document factories are often not configured to meet full production potential. Perhaps additional machine enhancements are needed to help reach lofty production requirements. Our Engineering Services team can provide you with options to maximize your productivity using the equipment you own today.

Field Change Orders

Increase the productivity and value of your BÖWE BELL + HOWELL equipment by retro-fitting the equipment with the latest field enhancements.

Repair and Recovery Services (RRS)

This service supports the repair or reconditioning of warranty components and assemblies used on BÖWE BELL + HOWELL and other supported original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components.
