The JETVision™ Express system can be configured, packaged, shipped, and installed in days – allowing you to immediately start addressing your integrity and quality requirements.

Different from our traditional JETVision models that either include a document transport or were installed by one of our field engineers, we have designed a new universal mount that will enable our customers to set up JETVision Express in any business process that requires monitoring or tracking .

JETVision Express provides a comprehensive selection of machine vision modules ranging from single-camera operations to very complex integrity and tracking systems.

These modules use superior symbol recognition technology to read one- and two- dimensional barcodes as well as image patterns and font-independent OCR symbologies.

JETVision Express operations include:

Verification Pack

  • Ensure an address has not been masked - The Address Verify operation confirms that all mailpieces have an address, eliminating the mailing of non-addressed documents.
  • Identify out-of-sequence jobs - alerts an operator that a job is out of sequence, enabling the operator to locate documents that are missing, out of order or incorrectly assembled.
  • Confirm that mailpieces use the correct envelope stock - The Format Verify operation alerts the operator if the materials used do not match the defined stock for a job, preventing work from having to be redone or a customer from receiving wrong information.

Postal Pack

  • Identify mailing breaks by applying visible marks to mailpieces - The system reads a pre-printed symbol on an envelope and then activates and envelope marker to mark the outside of an envelope with the Postal Break operation. This mark can indicate a postal code break or represent a break in material that requires special handling by the operator.
  • Verify a meter mark or stamp has been applied to your envelope - Using the Postage Verify operation, an operator can verify the presence or absence of meter imprints.
  • Verify Postnet - using Postal Verification an operator can ensure that the piece will pass Postal standards.

Read and Print Control Pack

  • Print a personalized address - Using information read on the control document the Read & Print operation provides the inserter control and interface to many different printer modules like Printegrity, Scitex, Buskro and others.

Database Pack

  • Eliminate all control marks and provide machine control - The Database Sequence operation in conjunction with Database Indexing allows unique information to be read from a document, and use the information to automatically retrieve machine instructions from a database for each mailpiece.

Matching Pack

  • Read and match multiple documents to verify correct selection and collation - As inserts are pulled from an insert station, the Matching operation reads an identifying mark and uses this mark to compare the inserts to control from the input channel or other insert station. If the match is not valid, the system instructs the inserter to fault and stop for the operator to take corrective action.

Image Output

  •  Provide Images of mail pieces - Image Output operation provides Images for Storage Solutions

Base Services Pack (Standard)

  • Queued Error Reconciliation - System can be configured to stop your machine only when a defined number of errors is reached.
  • BÖWE One Enabled - Secure connection to BOWE One for centralized management and reporting of job, system and operator information. Collect data from any system from any vendor
  • Add more data in less space with reliable two-dimensional or OCR symbology - The Statement Read operation tightly integrates with machine control systems to provide a seamless upgrade from older reading technologies.
